Terms of Service

Hirow gives you personalized training plans, nutrition targets, recovery insights, and an AI coach. You may use Hirow for your own personal, non-commercial fitness journey. To use most features you’ll need an account, and you’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity under your account.

• Provide accurate information (goal, weight, height, etc.) so recommendations are meaningful.
• Use Hirow lawfully and don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
• Exercise within your own ability and stop any activity that causes pain or feels unsafe.
• Keep your account credentials confidential.

Hirow, including its AI Coach, provides general fitness and nutrition guidance for informational purposes. It is a coaching tool, not a certified trainer, dietitian, or clinician. Recommendations are generated from the information you provide and general best practices, and may not fit every individual. Always use your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your training or diet.

Hirow is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not replace your doctor, physiotherapist, or other healthcare professional.

• Consult a physician before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, are injured, or take medication.
• The AI Coach will not diagnose injuries or conditions, interpret medical tests, or recommend medication or dosages — for those, see a qualified professional.
• If you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, or any medical emergency, stop and seek medical care immediately.

If you connect Apple Health or Health Connect, you grant Hirow permission to read the data you approve, used only to power your in-app experience as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this permission at any time from your device settings.

Hirow may offer optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional features. If you subscribe:

• Payment is charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Hirow never receives your payment card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings; you can restore prior purchases from within the app.
• Prices, plan features, and any free trial terms are shown in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store’s policy.

Hirow, including its name, logo, design, content, and software, is owned by Hirow and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app. You keep ownership of the data you enter; you grant us the permission needed to store and process it so we can provide the service.

We work hard to keep Hirow reliable, but we provide the service “as is” and can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available. We may update, change, or discontinue features to improve the app.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hirow is not liable for any injury, health outcome, data loss, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its guidance. You use Hirow, and act on its recommendations, at your own risk and responsibility.

We may update these terms as Hirow evolves. When we make material changes we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
